Who runs this
Charity Challenge (charitychallenge.eu) is organized and operated by an individual based in Spain, not a registered company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The challenge
Participants log fitness activities, which contribute to team and individual rankings shown on the site. The challenge is for fun and to raise money for charity — it is not a professional competition, and we make no guarantees about uptime or accuracy of the rankings.
Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe and go to the team, participant, or charity you select. Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases of goods or services, and are non-refundable except where required by law or at the organizer's discretion. Donated funds are transferred to the selected charity's connected Stripe account; the organizer does not keep any portion of donations.
Your content
If you upload photos, videos, or other content to the activity feed, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to display it on the site as part of the challenge. Don't upload anything illegal, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights — we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled under Spanish law and, where applicable, EU consumer protection rules.
