Donation issues
Donations are processed by Stripe. If your payment didn't go through, check your email for a receipt from Stripe before trying again. For a donation that was charged but doesn't appear on the site, or for a refund request, email tim@desomere.net with the date, amount, and the card's last 4 digits (never send full card details by email).
